SQUARE PRINCIPLES IN Pmax EXTENSIONS
نویسندگان
چکیده
By forcing with Pmax over strong models of determinacy, we obtain models where different square principles at ω2 and ω3 fail. In particular, we obtain a model of 2א0 = 2א1 = א2 + ¬ (ω2) + ¬ (ω3).

Pmax VARIATIONS FOR SEPARATING CLUB GUESSING PRINCIPLES
In his book on Pmax [6], Woodin presents a collection of partial orders whose extensions satisfy strong club guessing principles on ω1. In this paper we employ one of the techniques from this book to produce Pmax variations which separate various club guessing principles. The principle (+) and its variants are weak guessing principles which were first considered by the second author [3] while s...
متن کاملShowing OCA in Pmax-style extensions
We give a proof that OCA holds in the Pmax extension of L(R). The proof is general enough to be adapted to most Pmax variations.
متن کاملNormative values for maximum power during motor function assessment of jumping among physically active Japanese.
OBJECTIVES To determine the relationship between maximum power relative to body weight (Pmax-rel) and the aging process, and to indicate the target values of improvement of motor function in Japanese individuals. METHODS In 410 physically active Japanese subjects (7-79 years) with no impairment of daily activities were performed counter-movement jumps. We evaluated the correlation between age...
متن کاملEffects of anodal vs. cathodal pacing on the mechanical performance of the isolated rabbit heart.
Previous studies have suggested that anodal pacing enhances electrical conduction in the heart near the pacing site. It was hypothesized that enhanced conduction by anodal pacing would also enhance ventricular pressure in the heart. Left ventricular pressure measurements were made in isolated, Langendorff-perfused rabbit hearts by means of a Millar pressure transducer with the use of a balloon ...
متن کاملVisual Impairment does not Limit Training Effects in Development of Aerobic and Anaerobic Capacity in Tandem Cyclists
The study aimed to investigate the differences in the effects of 7-month training on aerobic and anaerobic capacity in tandem cycling athletes with and without visual impairment. In this study, Polish elite (n=13) and sub-elite (n=13) visually impaired (VI) (n=13; 40.8 ±12.8 years) and properly sighted (PS) (n=13; 36.7 ±12.2 years) tandem-cycling athletes participated voluntarily in 7-month rou...
